Fred Burnett
Division Manager/Senior Estimator
Fred Burnett has an impressive 17 years experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. He has also received extensive training in the field of Civil Engineering. Fred is a licensed Microsoft Certified System Engineer and has more than eleven years experience in information technology.
Doug Davis
Director of Operations, Manager of Custom Homes
Doug Davis brings more than 20 years of construction supervision and management experience to his current position of Area Construction Manager with Sintra Homes. He has worked with both Streamline Homes and New Traditions Homes in their high-end custom divisions where he oversaw the building process. Doug has extensive experience working directly with homeowners and realizes the importance of attention to every detail.
Jay Godefroy
Field Manager
A Charleston native, Jay Godefroy joined Sintra Homes with a formal education from The Citadel and The College of Charleston. His background in customer service and communication enables him to provide superior service to Charleston’s most discriminating home buyer. Jay is currently a Field Manager for Sintra Homes and holds a South Carolina Residential Building License.
James Little
Assistant Field Manager
James Little has began his career in home building in 1985 as an Assistant Superintendent and has worked to broaden his experience and education in the construction field ever since. He has held the positions of Project Manager, Building Supervisor, Finish Manager and Service Manager at large national builders as well as highly recognized regional builders. James holds a South Carolina Residential Builders License.
Robin Stein
Administrative Assistant
A U.S. Army veteran, Robin Stein has had a range of experience in customer service with firms such as Bausch and Lomb. In addition to her duties with Sintra Homes, she currently is the Assistant Director for soccer tournaments for the Town of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
