SINTRA doesn't just build one type of home for one group of people. We work on projects from $200 thousand to $4 million plus. This range and scope of work gives us both knowledge and perspective. The knowledge we gain has to do with planning, with being able to anticipate the finished home before the first shovel enters the earth. This is the area where sophistication and experience really pay off from accurate estimates Ð no guessing and no surprises. The perspective we gain comes from dealing with such a broad cross section of people. It tells us that no matter the value of the home, there are no shortcuts worth taking. From site suitability, to site preparation, through construction and ongoing warranty, every home we build is as unique to us as it is to our client. At SINTRA, though we build many homes simultaneously, we still build them one step at a time.
